Your main responsibility will be to develop products from the initial idea through to implementation in production. You will be involved in development projects, the optimisation of existing products and processes, and ensuring that products comply with applicable European and international standards.

Your Responsibilities

- Product development from concept to production implementation, adhering to applicable European and international standards and the respective market environment

- Management and coordination of development projects

- Continuous improvement/adaptation of existing products (e.g., adaptation to legal requirements, quality, costs, process capability) and processes/procedures within the development process - Creation of packaging declarations (nutritional values, ingredient lists including QUID information and preparation) as well as customer-specific registration documents

- Qualification of new raw materials/suppliers

- Recipe and bill of materials management in Excel and ERP systems

- Review of final product specifications regarding development-specific requirements

Your Profile

- Completed degree in food technology, food chemistry or nutritional sciences, with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in the food industry, ideally in the field of infant nutrition or dietetic foods
- Confident experience in project management
- Sound knowledge of food law standards and requirements
- Good IT and English skills
- A team player with a confident manner, strong communication and assertiveness skills, and excellent analytical abilities
