Your Responsibilities

Dairy Technologists are involved in the production and processing of milk, whey powder, oil blends and minerals into high-quality organic baby food, as well as in the production of cereal products for our organic porridges. Their tasks include preparing production systems, set-up and cleaning work, operating state-of-the-art control technology and internal information systems, and monitoring production equipment.

Your Profile

- At least a lower secondary school leaving certificate
- Awareness of hygiene requirements
- Interest in production-related processes
- Interest in natural sciences
- Accuracy and commitment
- Duration of apprenticeship: 3 years
- Teaching, testing and training centre for the dairy industry in Kempten
- Inter-company training and block-release vocational schooling
- Employment for 2 years after successfully passing the final examination
- Further training opportunities, e.g. Dairy Master Craftsman or Dairy Industry Technician
