How does the application process work at Töpfer? Show Hide

After receiving your application, we will first send you an acknowledgment of receipt and a data protection notice. We will then carefully review your documents. If your profile matches the advertised position and Töpfer, we will invite you to a personal meeting—either on-site or digitally via Microsoft Teams, depending on where you live.
If there is mutual interest, we will proceed to a more detailed meeting in Dietmannsried, known as our trial day. This offers a great opportunity to get an authentic impression of each other—both for Töpfer and for you as an applicant. Following this, we will provide further information on the next steps.

Generally, the process involves one to three discussions, including the trial work day. The exact duration depends on various factors and is highly individual. Töpfer makes every effort to provide prompt feedback and communicate transparently throughout the entire process.
