After receiving your application, we will first send you an acknowledgment of receipt and a data protection notice. We will then carefully review your documents. If your profile matches the advertised position and Töpfer, we will invite you to a personal meeting—either on-site or digitally via Microsoft Teams, depending on where you live.
If there is mutual interest, we will proceed to a more detailed meeting in Dietmannsried, known as our trial day. This offers a great opportunity to get an authentic impression of each other—both for Töpfer and for you as an applicant. Following this, we will provide further information on the next steps.

To get a comprehensive picture of you, we require a tabular CV and, depending on the position, relevant certificates. A cover letter is welcome to share your personal reasons for making a change or for wanting to join Töpfer. An alternative format or creative presentation is also highly welcome.
