In this role, you will support production planning and work together with the production and packing hall teams to ensure structured, efficient and traceable production processes. You will plan capacities, coordinate processes and work closely with various interfaces along the supply chain.

Your Responsibilities

- Creating production plans, taking capacities into account (equipment, personnel, raw materials)
- Monitoring and controlling current production processes in cooperation and coordination with the team leaders in production and the packing hall
- Preparing and carrying out S&OP and S&OE activities
- Project organisation and coordination
- Supply chain analysis
- Planning raw materials and packaging materials from the external warehouse
- Using and controlling raw materials in accordance with quality assurance specifications
- Creating, processing, correcting and closing production orders
- Carrying out traceability activities
- Supporting the handling of complaints
- Posting corrections in the ERP system (CSB)

Your Profile

- Completed vocational training (m/f/d), e.g. as a dairy specialist, dairy technologist, food technology specialist or industrial clerk
- Career changers with a commercial or technical background are welcome; logistics knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally CSB, is desirable
- Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Affinity for numbers and a high level of commitment
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Very good written and spoken German skills and good English skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
