As Senior Quality Manager (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in ensuring and further developing our quality management processes. You will be responsible for relevant standards, audits and documentation, and help sustainably implement the highest requirements for quality, hygiene and food safety across the company.

Your Responsibilities

- Ensuring compliance with quality management standards such as IFS, legal requirements and hygiene requirements
- Updating and further developing existing processes
- Managing the quality management software for inspection equipment monitoring, document management and action tracking
- Planning and conducting internal audits and hygiene inspections
- Planning and conducting external audits such as IFS, organic, authority and customer audits
- Conducting supplier audits
- Responsibility for creating and updating HACCP and Food Defense documentation
- Responsibility for organising and monitoring pest control
- Creating software-based training materials

Your Profile

- Completed degree in food technology, food chemistry or food sciences
- More than 8 years of experience in quality management and quality assurance
- Knowledge of IFS Food, HACCP, Food Defense and hygiene management standards
- Knowledge of product labelling requirements
- Experience with internal and external audits
- Organised working style with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Diplomatic, solution-oriented and pragmatic personality
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
