Your Responsibilities

- Developing products from the initial idea through to implementation in production, taking into account applicable European and international standards as well as the competitive market environment
- Managing and coordinating development projects
- Continuously improving and adapting existing products, for example with regard to legal requirements, quality, costs and process capability
- Optimising processes and workflows within the development process
- Preparing packaging declarations, including nutritional values, ingredient lists, QUID information and preparation instructions
- Preparing customer-specific registration documents
- Qualifying new raw materials and suppliers
- Managing recipes and bills of materials in Excel and the ERP system
- Reviewing finished product specifications with regard to development-specific requirements

Your Profile

- Completed degree in food technology, food chemistry or nutritional sciences, with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in the food industry, ideally in the field of infant nutrition or dietetic foods
- Confident experience in project management
- Sound knowledge of food law standards and requirements
- Good IT and English skills
- A team player with a confident manner, strong communication and assertiveness skills, and excellent analytical abilities
